THE WINNERY

The company founded by Agostino Marsura is still in Val de Cune in Guia di Valdobbiadene in the original buildings which, over the years, have been expanded and improved so that today they house some of the most advanced technology helping them to guarantee quality while caring for the environment. The winery is almost hidden from view sitting among the family’s vineyards in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.

THE PRESTIGE WINNES

Five Valdobbiadene DOCG, among them two Bruts, a traditional Extra Dry and two Drys. These wines epitomise all the genuine excellence of a quite extraordinary wine-growing area. Each of them, from the driest to the softest, is elegant and refined, perfect when only a truly special wine will suffice.

THE PROSECCO QUALITY PYRAMID

Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore is known for its vibrant elegance, it’s light straw yellow colour, it’s moderate body and its exclusive fruity and flowery aromas. The wine is produced in the 15 comuni or towns which lie in the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The most exclusive crus produced here are the Superiore di Cartizze and the Rive, wines made using grapes harvested exclusively in a single Comune or sub-section of it.

THE SUGAR RESIDUE

The three versions of sparkling Prosecco are defined based on their sugar residue. The Brut is the driest and is ideal as an aperitif. The Extra Dry is the classic Prosecco with the most characteristic aromas. The softest, the Dry, is perfect with fine pastries.

From our most protected vineyards where the steep hillsides ensure the grapes get maximum exposure to the sun, the Valdobbiadene DOCG “Soller” is a sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate bouquet. With hints of ripe fruit and a strong fragrance of apple this wine has an inviting, full, aromatic and elegant flavour combined with a good structure and fine, persistent perlage.

Prosecco Superiore Docg Extra Brut “Rive di Guia” 11,5%

An elegant Brut sparkling wine, particularly dry on the palate. It’s well-structured and clean with good zest and minerality. The colour is brilliant straw yellow with an intense yet soft perlage. It has delicate, fresh and harmonious notes alongside fruity aromas of golden apples with overtones of citrus and white flowers. The flavour is aromatic and soft with a refreshing acidity.
